Dukan diet

Dukan diet is diet plan that came to exist in France (and knowing how French girls look,you can bet that it does work!) it is designed by French doctor Pierre Dukan .


This diet is based on a list of 100 allowed foods and 4 stages - attack, cruise , consolidation, stabilization .

Attack stage is designed for dieters to rapidly loose weight,2-3 kg in 2-7 days! At this period you are allowed to eat as much as you wish of 68 protein rich foods.

At the Cruise stage dieters should stabilize their weight by adding wegetables to their diet

Consolidation stage should prevent future return to previous weight - fruits, breads, cheese are re-introduced.

Final stage is Stabilization stage when you can eat whatever you want but you have to follow few rules - You should have protein day once a week ,eat oat bran every day and be active.
