Speed up your metabolism in 3 easy steps

Metabolism describes the rate your body converts the food you eat in to energy and then distributes it amongst all of our bodily systems - speeding up metabolism often leads to weight loss.

Some people are blessed with fast metabolism and some simply have to make it faster ''manualy'' !

1. Sleep

You should sleep for around 6-8 hours , sleep manages your stress , insulin, blood sugar, cortisol .
Scientists have observed that sleep-deprived individuals have a decreased ability to manage blood sugar and often crave carbs.






2. Exercise

Muscle cells need a lot of energy - so they burn quite a lot of calories. Muscles burn calories even when you are standing still,so you can imagine what happenes when you put them in 5th gear !

Exercising can speed up your basal metabolic rate,wich is responsible  for daily   70% calories burned and even add more calories burned to your daily total!

Do cardio and lift weight for half an hour -that will be enough

3. Healthy diet 

Nothing works best than good,healthy,balanced diet .
Certain food enchance metabolisms functions and aid weight loss.
Some of them are confirmed by scientist - salamon,green tea, lots of water olive oil should all be on your next shopping list!
