Healthy snacks #1

If you are like me ,a person who enjoyes snacks but is also constantly on watch of new calories this blog post if perfect for you!

I have spent some time researching snacks and i got you a list here you should see!

Something everyone around the world  can make - healthy roasted carrots!
We all know carrots are quite beneficial for our body and health ,but some of us are not really fond of their taste when they are raw - thats why roasted carrots are a jackpot for me!

This healthy and tasty snack is easy and fast to make !
You should put them in preheated own (425 degrees) pour olive oil over them, add some salt ,pepper, thyme or any other spice youd like . Put them in own and bake them untill you see they have golden brown color - it takes around 20-25 minutes when i make them, but it may take little bit longer for you, depends of your oven . The taste is sweetish, but salt and other spices tone it down a notch and make it simply ''al dente'' !

Frozen Yoghurt health delight is next - i dont know what is ''official'' name of these in world of cooks ,but i just call tehm Frozen Yoghurt cakes  -  i found this recipe few mounths ago on Pinterest and fell in love with it - i love Yoghurt and i love ....everything that goes in honestly ! I've done little history search of my pinterest and found who originaly posted the recipe wich i will copy here for you guys - it was ''SkinnyMs. '' and they call them ''FroYo Berry Bites'' wich is so sweet,i also took their pic for this so you can see how it looks like  - i will have to look up what more they have there so maybe in future after i try out some of their recipes i may share them here :D

So for this you will need :
-alamonds (crushed) around 1/4 in a cup
- 2 tbs of sugar ( in original recipe they used coconut sugar but i didnt bother to find it xD )
- 2 tbs of oil (again they used coconut oil...wich to find i was also lazy, but i will have to buy it once, maybe it makes the difference although i love my cakes as they are with regular sugar and oil)
-  2 cups of Greek Yoghur ( i love Greek Yoghur )
- 2 tbs of honey
- berries that you like,i like strawberries and raspberries the most

and prepare muffin tin and liners - with messurments i gave you you should need 6 of them, because with that much material you are working - if you would like to make more, just double everything up.

Preparation - mix up alamonds, oil and sugar together, place the mix in tin and liner ,then put some amount of Greek Yoghurt wich you previously mixed with honey over it and after that place berries of your choice .

Freeze them (should take around 5-6 hours)

Eat them !

Now another sweet and easy to make recipe - Fried cinnamon bananas !
I have found this recipe also online,i just cant trace from wich site :(

You need :
- bananas (obviously)
- sugar
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- oil

How to make - slice bananas , then mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together in other bowl and set them aside for couple of moments while you spray a pan with little bit of oil - then put bananas in and cook them for around 3 minutes - in the last minute sprinkle them with little bit of cinnamon mixture ,turn them over and sprinkle a little bit more and thats it - they are done and tasty!!

Cinamon roll oatmeal cookies are also somethyng extremly tasty i so recommend! - found this yummy healthy recipe on ''Amy's Healthy Baking'' ---- You need: (you will make 14 of them with this meassures,if you want more double it up)- 100g of instant oats-  90g of whole wheet flour - 2 tbs of cinnamon- 1 and a half baking powder- 1/4 tbs salt- 28 g of unsalted melted butter  - 1 egg- 1 tbs vanila extract - and in original recipe you should use maple syrup but i just add few spoons of honey.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Preparation:                                                                              Mix togheter oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in one medium bol,in other bowl mix together oil,egg and vanila, later adding honey in the mixture . After you have mixed that up,add the first mixture and stir it untill it is incorporated - let the dough rest a little bit ...half an hour will do.                                                                                      Preheat the oven to 163 C,and add the baking sheet on the surface you will use for baking - drop the dough in 15 rounded scoops and flatten them little bit .                                Bake at 163C for about 12-14 minutes - take it out and cool it before serving and enjoy later !!!

Thats about it for today guys,i will prepare few new healthy snacks in some other blog posts in future!
